The short version: the app collects no personal data beyond what the app stores need to run your subscription, and this website runs on cookieless analytics and a contact form. Nothing here is sold.

The CHARM app

CHARM is built to be private by default:

• No analytics SDKs, no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no behavioural profiles.
• Subscriptions are processed by Apple’s App Store and Google Play through RevenueCat, which uses an anonymous identifier and purchase records to manage entitlements. CHARM never sees your payment card.
• The live space-weather feed (from NOAA) that colours the sky carries no personal information — it’s the same public data for everyone.
• Apart from that feed and periodic licence checks (which confirm an active subscription), the app works offline.

This website

The site (charmlyfe.com) is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It uses:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-first and cookieless. It records aggregate, non-identifying page metrics; it does not identify you or set tracking cookies.
• The contact form — when you send a message, the name, email, and text you submit are delivered to our private inbox (via the email service Resend) for the sole purpose of replying to you. We don’t sell it or use it for marketing, and we keep it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Standard server logs may be processed by our host for security and reliability. The site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask what personal data we hold about you and request its deletion by emailing us through the contact page. Because the app holds essentially no personal data, most such requests concern contact-form messages.

Children

CHARM is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data.
