Draft — to be dated at launch
Plain-language draft
A readable draft that reflects how CHARM works, pending review by a qualified attorney before launch.
By using CHARM or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use them.
The app and your licence
Tiny Vessels Creative, LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use CHARM for your own contemplative use, subject to these terms and the app stores’ terms.
Not medical advice
CHARM is a contemplative and relaxation tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Entrainment effects are modest and unproven: a calm space for breathing, not intended for treatment. Nothing in CHARM is a substitute for professional medical care. Don’t use CHARM while driving or operating machinery. See the methodology page for contraindications; consult a clinician if in doubt.
Subscription & billing
CHARM offers a free download with a 7-day trial, then a subscription at $2.99/month or $19.99/year. Subscriptions are sold and billed by the App Store or Google Play, auto-renew until cancelled, and are managed (including cancellation and refunds) through your store account under that store’s policies.
Intellectual property
CHARM, the CHARM name and mark, its worlds, artwork, copy, and code are owned by Tiny Vessels Creative, LLC and protected by law. The Space Age Pro display typeface is used under a commercial licence; other typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its assets except as the law allows.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the app or site — no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access, and no unlawful use.
Disclaimers & liability
CHARM and this site are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, Tiny Vessels Creative is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date. Questions? Use the contact page.
